By downloading, installing, or using the WealthMotley application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. WealthMotley reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

WealthMotley is a financial education and personal money-tracking platform that provides: • Educational content about personal finance, investing concepts, budgeting, debt, and savings • Tools for saving and reviewing money details you add manually or upload • Virtual practice examples using credits only • An AI assistant ('Mo') for plain-English financial education WealthMotley is NOT a financial adviser, broker, lender, exchange, or investment platform. No real securities are traded through the app.

Practice investing features inside WealthMotley use virtual credits only. No real financial transactions are executed. Results in virtual practice do not predict or guarantee real-world outcomes. Any prices, examples, or allocation templates shown in the app are for education only and may not reflect live market data. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, transfer, borrow, or invest.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You agree not to: • Use the app for any unlawful purpose • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems • Use the app to provide financial advice to others • Upload documents you do not have permission to use • Scrape, copy, or redistribute app content without permission

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Creative Motley Ltd, trading as WealthMotley, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any App content without prior written consent.

WealthMotley may use or link to third-party services such as authentication providers, payment providers, analytics tools, cloud infrastructure, or app stores. WealthMotley does not recommend financial products, brokers, exchanges, lenders, or investment platforms. If the app links to an external service, that service is responsible for its own content, terms, and privacy practices.

WealthMotley is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any educational content. In no event shall WealthMotley be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
