3. Information We Don't Collect
WealthMotley does NOT collect:
• Bank login passwords through statement upload
• Payment card numbers unless you use a payment provider checkout
• Biometric data stored on our servers, because Face ID or Touch ID is processed locally on your device
• Precise location data beyond country-level preferences you set
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use service providers to run the app, including:
• Authentication providers such as Clerk for secure sign-in
• Cloud infrastructure such as Convex for app data storage
• AI providers where Mo or document reading features are switched on
• Analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand reliability and improve the app
These providers process data only to help us provide the service.
5. Data Storage & Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport, secure authentication, access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers.
Uploaded statement files are used to read amounts for your review. Where supported, temporary files are deleted after processing. Checked amounts and saved money details remain available in your account until you edit or delete them.

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to processing of your data

7. Cookies & Tracking
The App uses minimal tracking:
• PostHog analytics for feature usage (anonymised)
• No advertising trackers
• No cross-app tracking
• You can opt out of analytics in App settings
8. Children's Privacy
WealthMotley is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
